It’s one thing to say we value Realtors® the most; it’s another to have a full-time staff member dedicated to them. With a diverse background in real estate, business management, and customer service, Vickie Wooden, our Business Development Manager, has a primary job function to help Realtors® make more money.

Through face-to-face consultations, strategy calls, and continuous education on new offerings, Vickie spends her days cultivating partner relationships with Realtors® and identifying new markets and solutions in the industry.

Realtor® Education

While many agents seek out continuing education on their own, our team seeks to supplement that with consistent content around new offerings, market statistics, potential buyer hesitations, and more.

Our weekly Realtor® email has been active for more than seven years, and continues to grow. This email typically includes a main piece of content for the week along with supporting material and links to key resources that you may need.

We also host events for Realtors® throughout the year to put you in front of industry professionals and to learn more about loan offerings and strategies in a casual environment.

Co-Marketing Opportunities

We provide a variety of collateral where Realtors® can co-brand with. This can range from promoting an upcoming open house, current listings, or a strategic long-term email campaign to all of your past clientele. Matt is also a great resource as it pertains to growing your presence socially and digitally. He is well-versed in the power of social media and can audit your current marketing outreach. From there he will either make recommendations or work to implement those changes and tactics to help you grow.

Financial Assistance for Homebuyers

The biggest obstacle to homeownership, especially for first-time buyers, is coming up with sufficient cash to close. Traditional mortgages can be difficult to qualify for and often require a hefty sum of money up front. Fortunately, there are many assistance programs and grants available to help your clients who may have smaller budgets – from down payment assistance, to grants for college graduates, to our new grants given to buyers who attend our buyer seminars.

We want you to be the hero! YOU can educate your clients on the existence of these grants. We also provide a $500 AmeriFirst Closing Cash Grant that your clients can utilize at your discretion.
