YOUNGSTOWN, OH — Amerifirst Home Mortgage Poland’s own Bob Gratz was recently recognized as an honoree at the 25 Under 35 event at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown, Ohio.
The event, which is hosted by Mahoning Valley Young Professionals (MVYP), a group Gratz holds a board seat on, honors members of the community that have proven outstanding dedication to their profession as well as recognizing their involvement in volunteer work around the Mahoning Valley.
“It’s an honor to be recognized among these other young professionals in the community, and to be a part of something that is great for the Mahoning Valley,” said Gratz.
A Youngstown-native and Youngstown State University graduate, Gratz works as a mortgage loan consultant at Amerifirst, working with clients to make the complex process as simple as possible.
“Bob’s work ethic and dedication to the industry have made him a key asset to our team, and it shows with consistent positive reviews and outcomes for our clients,” said Brandon Davis, Branch Manager and Loan Originator at Amerifirst Home Mortgage Poland.
Proceeds from the event went to the Young Philanthropist Fund – a fund that has grown over the years. For more than two years, Gratz was a chair of the GIVES Committee, which is responsible for granting funds from this account to local professional development projects.
“Being a part of MVYP, and now meeting others through 25 Under 35, has allowed me to branch out and grow my network, while also getting to help in projects that improve our community, which is motivating for me.”
