As a professional in the mortgage industry since 1998, Matt uses his experience, knowledge, organizational skills and attention to detail to manage the Amerifirst Poland office’s loan production from origination through loan closing.
Matt is a 1997 Slippery Rock University Summa Cum Laude graduate, and lives in Boardman with his wife and three sons. In his spare time, he enjoys working with his hands on home improvement projects.

After 16 years working outside the mortgage industry, Kevin is back. This will be his third stint in the mortgage lending field after previously serving as Branch Manager for a former Boardman firm and as owner of a mortgage company in Cuyahoga Falls.
Kevin graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School and jumped right into his professional career. In addition to his work in the mortgage industry, he’s also had roles as a sales consultant and team leader at an automobile dealership in Cuyahoga Falls.
In his new position at Amerifirst Poland, he will work to grow the office and serve Valley homebuyers. He’s most excited about developing strong relationships with area real estate professionals and making the lending process as transparent and seamless as possible.
In Kevin’s down time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters and rooting on the Cleveland Browns.

Shawn has more than seven years of experience in supporting the Amerifirst Poland processing team with renovation loans. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from Youngstown State University.
During his time off, he enjoys training for and competing in Spartan Races. He lives in Boardman with his wife, Melissa, their newborn son, Shawn Jr.

Kimo began his mortgage career in 2000, accumulating experience in both wholesale and retail environments prior to joining the Amerifirst Poland team in 2013. He helps borrowers find loan products and financing to best suit their needs.
He has two sons and lives in Boardman with his wife, Christl. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Villanova.

Rocco transitioned into the mortgage lending industry in June of 2020 and enjoys handling much of the “behind-the-scenes” work at Amerifirst Poland. His responsibilities include ordering appraisals, verifying applicant employment, ordering property title checks and other loan processing tasks.
He is a 2015 Boardman High School graduate and earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and minor in History from Ohio University.
His outside interests include watching or competing in sports and playing card games. He currently splits his time between Boardman and the Cincinnati area.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Youngstown State University in 2010, Bob started his professional career in retail banking before moving into commercial operations and loan servicing.
As a loan consultant at Amerifirst Poland, Bob helps clients understand the complex mortgage lending process.
When he’s not busy in the office, he leads an active lifestyle by participating in various adult sports leagues. He loves to travel and enjoys living life to the fullest. He’s also an avid Cleveland sports fan – #GoBrowns.

Bradley James Miller
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kent State University. His career path began in the golf world, as he has been a professional golfer since 2016.
That golf career led him to gain valuable skills like day-to-day point-of-service (POS) operations, report balancing, accounts payable and merchandising, which have translated nicely to his role in the mortgage industry. In his role at Amerifirst Poland, Brad helps support mortgage loan origination.
Besides his obvious love of golf, Brad enjoys playing music and spending time out on the water kayaking and jet skiing.

Drew brings a unique educational and professional background to his position at Amerifirst Poland. The Boardman graduate holds bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology and Spanish from Youngstown State University and a master’s degree in Anthropology from Kent State University.
He spent time studying and working in Costa Rica where he became fluent in Spanish. After a stint working in a laboratory at NEOMED in Rootstown and a position selling buses to the Spanish community, Drew made his way into the mortgage industry.
As part of his role at Amerifirst Poland, Drew will use his experience communicating with the Spanish-speaking community to assist Valley families with the home buying process.
He lives in Boardman with his wife and young son. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, spending time at Mill Creek Park and Boardman Park and watching sports.

Vickie is a Mahoning Valley native who has worked in customer service and management for more than 28 years. She spent the last six years building a real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway/Northwood Reality Services.
As Business Development Manager, she generates awareness about Amerifirst Poland’s mortgage lending solutions within the industry, cultivates partner relationships and identifies new markets and solutions in the marketplace.
In her free time, she gives back to the community through countless hours of volunteer work. Much of her volunteer efforts are dedicated toward military-related funding in honor of all active-duty military and veterans. Vickie also sits on the board of directors for the Youngstown Air Reserve Base Community Council (YARBCC).
