My name is Brandon Davis – Branch Manager & Producing Loan Officer. I began helping people find the right mortgage solutions in October 1998. Originally from Central Pennsylvania, I am also a diehard Penn State fan. Our team has enjoyed growing the business at our branch since 2003. We are active in the community and are a referral-based business. As a past President and active member of Poland Rotary, I am aware of what it takes to give back to the community through both charitable and volunteer efforts. Further, Realtors are the biggest referral source for our team. Transition – aka moving – is sometimes bothersome. Dedicating time to properly educate and fully preapprove prospective buyers is integral to a smooth process. As a real estate investor, I also have a keen sense of how to coach individuals on mortgage money details.

Processing Team Leader
As a professional of the mortgage field since 1998, Matt brings his organizational skills and attention to detail to the team. A 1997 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Slippery Rock University, Matt manages the office’s loan production from origination through loan closing. Matt lives in Boardman with his wife and three sons. In his spare time (as if he has any with three boys) he enjoys working with his hands on home improvement projects. When asked about his burning desire, Matt responds, “to be The World’s Best Dad.”
Kimo began his mortgage career in 2000, accumulating experience in both a wholesale and retail environment. He previously spent eight years with PNC before joining our team at Amerifirst. Kimo focuses on assisting borrowers find loan products and financing to best suit their needs. He lives in Boardman with his wife, Christl, and their two sons. He has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Villanova.
Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from Youngstown State University. He has more than two years of experience in supporting the processing team with renovation loans. In his spare time, he enjoys training for and competing in Spartan Races. He was recently married to his wife Melissa and lives in Boardman with their new pup, Shamrock.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Youngstown State University in 2010, Bob started his professional career in retail banking before moving on to commercial operations and loan servicing. As a loan consultant at Amerifirst, Bob works with clients to make the complex process as simple as possible. When he’s not busy in the office, he lives an active lifestyle. He’s often on the go and is involved in the community by participating in various adult sports leagues. He also loves to travel and has been lucky to visit such destinations as Australia, Hawaii, California, and many others.

Bradley James Miller
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kent State University. His career path began in the golf world, as he has been a professional golfer since 2016. That career led him to gain valuable skills, such as day-to-day POS operations, report balancing, accounts payable and merchandising, which have translated nicely to his role in the mortgage industry. As an LO Assistant, Brad will be in charge of supporting Bob Gratz and Brandon Davis in the processing of loans. In his spare time, he enjoys, you guessed it: golfing!, and is also an avid Star Wars fan.
Vickie is a Valley native who has worked in customer service and management for more than 28 years. She spent the last six years building a real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway/Northwood Reality Services. In her free time, she gives back to the community through countless hours of volunteer work. Much of her volunteer efforts are dedicated toward military-related funding in honor of all active-duty military and veterans. Vickie also sits on the board of directors for the Youngstown Air Reserve Base Community Council (YARBCC). As Business Development Manager, she generates awareness about Amerifirst’s solutions within the industry, cultivates partner relationships and identifies new markets and solutions in the marketplace.
Client Relations Manager
Red’s career began in the hospitality industry in 2015 after one of his professors at Tale University recognized his knack for networking and sitting on command. His background in toy inventory management also played a key role in his transition to the mortgage world. In such a detail-oriented role as this, a strong memory is vital, and he has that in spayeds. As our Client Relations Manager, Red is responsible for greeting guests at the door and howling to that song that’s continuously playing in his head. When he’s not hard at work, Red can usually be found at the local park or eating a block of cheese from the fridge. He also has plans to finish his Paw Degree and is considering opening a local dog bar – Macaws & Paws – in the near future.
